The wristwatch tin

see 'The wristwatch tin' at deviantART

A double Pythagoras tree carrying, I fancy, the look of an old biscuit tin, yet depicting fractal (ladies') wristwatches

Corridor to forever

My entry for Apophysis Challenge #18, disc-julians. Rather than my usual polar orthogoniser (my coinage ;P), I've used the newly-discovered log as a final xform, giving an interesting hint of curvature to the perspective. Duplicating the julian xform and tidying up the xaos coefficients coupled with low gamma value provides the look of finely etched, almost screen-printed stone.

My entry for Apophysis Challenge #16, geometric designs. A Sierpinski built entirely from squares, and with a slight twist to remove symmetry and give a more free-flowing look.

The Temple of Absurd Delights

see 'The Temple of Absurd Delights' at deviantART

A nice big render, the better to see the detail in this hypnagogic vision apparently populated by entities somewhere between parodic Hindu godlets and flirtatious racoons. Splits-elliptic, would you believe!

Antique shield

see 'Antique shield' at deviantART

My entry for the weekly Apophysis Challenge #15, splits. Detail sacrificed in favour of jaggy removal by rendering with flam3 with a large filter radius.

Lux intensia

Abstract utilising some kind of devilish concoction of linking whose exact provenance now eludes.

My entry for the Ain't Got No Heart contest. The title is intended as a kind of semantic Necker Cube: the more obvious reading describes what it is; read in the same vein as 'Boxing Helena' to fully understand the contest relevance ;)
