Blade

Pure Apophysis using the Crop plugin to create the 'frame'. Its effect is subtly different from simply cropping and adding an artificial 1 px frame as the fractal appears to have smeared itself out against an invisible barrier.

First contact

"Hai! There's so much we want to tell you about yourselves..." Close encounters with gelatinous aliens in the oceans' abysmal trenches.

The dreams in the Witch House

Named after the Lovecraft story, of course, and created using the new 7X DC feature. This uses the latest blending version (7X.14), bringing the best of both worlds to bear and producing genuinely radical new colouring effects.
