Fractals are an avatar of consciousness evolution: as they delineate finer levels of detail, so the influence of the whole pervades.
The name of the blog was derived from Dislexicon, by feeding in the seed "fractal" - it means "creating many fractals" and jibes rather well with the artist's aim!

All the art on this blog is created using the software program Apophysis. Post work (changes made outside the fractal software) is usually limited to frame and signature, though occasionally I may do a little more - art, not some obscure purism, is what counts.

This one is great! It shows an extremely effective use of the "crackle" variant, vibrant colour and an intriguing form. I love it!
Thanks Dzeni! I tried the crackle as crazy and as grid, but this slight departure from grid seemed to work best. There was also plenty of xaos tweaking too.
