Fractals are an avatar of consciousness evolution: as they delineate finer levels of detail, so the influence of the whole pervades.
The name of the blog was derived from Dislexicon, by feeding in the seed "fractal" - it means "creating many fractals" and jibes rather well with the artist's aim!

All the art on this blog is created using the software program Apophysis. Post work (changes made outside the fractal software) is usually limited to frame and signature, though occasionally I may do a little more - art, not some obscure purism, is what counts.
